YLNM Global Solidarity Network promotes the Great Carnival Parade in Colombia

El Comité Ambiental en Defensa de la Vida de la región del Tolima convoca anualmente a la Gran Marcha Carnaval en las calles de la ciudad de Ibagué para darle la oportunidad a los ciudadanos de expresar su compromiso con la defensa de la vida y decir no a la minería con alegría y color. La Red de Solidaridad Global YLNM se une a esta gran convocatoria e invita a otros a unirse a esta gran marcha que une a comunidades que expresamente han manifestado su devoción por defender la vida!

 

The Environmental Committee in Defense of Life from the Tolima region holds a Carnival Parade every year in the streets of the city of Ibagué giving the opportunity to citizens to express their commitment to say yes to life and no to mining with joy and color. The YLNM Global Solidarity Network has joined this initiative and invites others to do as well. The set up of the Carnival has been an opportunity to position the Network in a regional context and join communities that have manifested their devotion to defend life!
